Sra. Mae neutral the wine spends 9-10 monthsSra. Mae is a white wine from Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the Alt Peneds subregion. Calcareous and sandy soils make this Xarello predominant wine long and savoury. Fermented in stainless steel vats, it ages partly on the skins and partly in a chestnut caskhonouring Catalan tradition. Expect a medium bodied wine with notes of pear, fennel, preserved lemon and white pepper, as well as some tension and floral aromas from the complementary Subirat Parent.
